My Personal Air Climber Experience
A little while ago my exercise-fanatic friend Jane told me about the Air Climber. She tells me “This is the coolest workout machine you’ve ever seen. But it, you’ll thank me for doing so.” Well I never was the kind of person to buy all the newest and greatest “Lose 50 pounds in 30 days” type exercise programs, so I was a little skeptical.
Later that day, just for the heck of it, I went to their website. When I first saw the exercise machine I bust out laughing out loud! This was such an innovative little machine, I had never seen anything like it before. I browsed through their site a bit and came to find out they have a $14.95 free trial running at that time. I decided, what the heck, that’s like the price of 3 mochas.
Anyway, about 8 days later, much sooner than I thought it would take, I got the Air Climber package. I immediately went to my work out room (my living room), put the Air Climber on the ground and started a short little workout. Now I would say I’m in pretty good shape. I take a pilates class 2x per week and run the treadmill everyday. But within 5 minutes of using the Air Climber I could barely stand the burn any longer! I looked at the device and noticed I had been using it on the highest resistance level! Well I turned the dial down to a more comfortable level. What I expected to be a short 15 minute workout turned into a half hour one. I was having so much fun due to not being on a big, interfere treadmill machine.
3 months later and I am happier with my Air Climber than ever. It’s not one of those machines you buy and get bored with in about 5 minutes. It really is the best workout I’ve ever had, and the best part is it is so much fun! I’ve recommend all my friends and family to get the trial and see how they like climbing on air!
Review:
The shipping process
Ok so this doesn’t necessarily relate to the machine itself, it is however important for you to know. My experience with the company was nothing but good. The equipment arrived earlier than scheduled, only eight days, and it was in perfect condition.
The durability
I have banged the climber against walls, tossed it to the corner of the room, and done other things I wouldn’t want the company to know about do to warranty problems. Overall, the climber is amazingly durable. It is made with quality materials so you know it’s sure to last. The only thing to watch out for is you don’t want to pull the foot holster up hard. I’ve heard that it can break off if you do.
The workout
The workout on the climber is better than I could have imaged. There is a resistance knob that allows you to set the exact workout level you want. The included arm bands allow you to get a great arm workout as well.
